Description
Build a battery tester circuit Learn about operational amplifiers A great way to practice your soldering skills Designed and manufactured in the UK by KitronikThis Kitronik Battery Tester kit uses a single AA battery holder into which the user places a battery. LEDs then illuminate to show the remaining capacity of the battery. The circuit uses a quad operational amplifier to provide a reference voltage and comparators to determine which LEDs should go on. This makes it a great kit for studying operational amplifiers.Testing of the kit can be performed using an adjustable power supply, or with our circuit tester (consisting of an AA battery holder, variable resistor & crocodile clips).Kit contents:1 x PP3 clip lead1 x 3AA battery holder1 x AA battery holder (for test battery)1 x LM324 op-amp IC1 x 14 pin IC holder1 x 1N4001 diode4 x 5mm red LEDs5 x 220ohm resistors1 x 680ohm resistor4 x 22Kohm resistors1 x 100Kohm resistor1 x Battery tester PCBRequires:3 x AA Batteries.Soldering Iron.Solder.Wire Cutters.PCB dimensions: 68.5mm x 38mm.This kit is supplied in blister packaging.
